           SATprep 一年之计在于夏。暑假有长达10个星期的假期，是高中生突击攻克SAT的黄金时机。为帮助广大高中学生准备下一学年的SAT考试，我们特开设暑期SAT Prep Program，详情请见：2015 Summer – SAT/PSAT/ACT Prep. 我们的独特优势为:

  • 教师团队为于2004年在中国新东方成功创立和运营中国第一个SAT培训中心的原队人马，有十多年的丰富的培训教学经验，培养了大批SAT高分者，其中Kevin Wang和Xander Taokun Zheng获得SAT满分2400分；
  • 在过去三年中有61个学生在SAT考试中达到2350分以上，其中包括一名6年级的女生和一名8年级的女生；
  • 通过培训，大多数学生的SAT分数增加350分，乃至700分之多；
  • 选派了二位英文老师和一位数学老师作为“侦察兵”参加每次SAT考试，分别负责Critical Reading、Writing和Math三大部分，及时准确地掌握了SAT考试的出题规律；
  • 有5位资深的英文老师受聘于College Board作为SAT作文阅卷评审人（SAT Essay Readers）常年辛勤工作在教学第一线，另雇请了34位了受聘于College Board的SAT作文阅卷评审人（SAT Essay Readers）兼职于我们常春藤教育中心，形成了由39位SAT Essay Readers组成的用于评阅学生的essay的阵容强大的pool ；
  • 通过与College Board的长期合作，获得了从2005年3月SAT改版以来的72套SAT真题，我们是大华府地区唯一一家获得College Board批准，使用他们的SAT真题进行模拟考试和培训学生的机构；
  • 使用College Board今年1月、3月、5月和6月的SAT真题进行模拟考试，极为精确地检测出学生的真实水平；
  • 班级人数控制在４-８人，利用小型课堂教学模式，竭尽全力帮助每一个学生获得最大进步；
  • 利用College Board的SAT和PSAT共计140套真题，彻底破译了SAT的”密码“，对批判性阅读、数学和写作三大部分分别归纳总结了40-50个有代表性的题型，并且给出了卓有成效的识别方法和解答题目的“套路”；
  • 采用“题湖战术”训练学生，亦即围绕72套SAT真题这个“湖”大做文章，让学生集中精力做30-50套有代表性的SAT真题，使学生彻底了解和完全掌握所有的题型分布规律、识别各类题型以及每一题型的解题策略、技巧和套路。
  • 创造了攻克SAT的四大秘笈 —— 纠粗、攻难、加速、定心：纠正粗心大意，攻克难度系数的题目，提高解题的速度，培养良好的心理素质；
  • 创造了“适度Beast Barracks式训练法”，严苛训练，确保学生每周的做题数量和质量。

Course Description

Our intensive courses provide thorough coverage of both substantive and strategic SAT preparation. Students are given ample opportunities to practice their new knowledge. Daily homework assignments are given, with flexible options provided to students with less free time. There are typically 5-10 students per class. Classes will focus on developing the best test-taking strategies and tactics while also reinforcing concepts in mathematics, critical reading, and writing. In addition, the course offers students frequent opportunities to practice under realistic test conditions.
